What you're buying
A one-off purchase of access to the Planaroo web app, with a bonus spreadsheet version, for use by you and your household. There's no subscription. Please don't share your access code publicly.
Business packs
A business pack lets a business give access to up to the number of clients stated at purchase, using the business's own code.
Refunds
Not for you? Reply to your order email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. If the product has a major problem, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the 14-day period.
Not financial advice
The app is a budgeting tool that provides general information only. It doesn't consider your personal circumstances and isn't financial, tax or credit advice. Take-home pay figures are estimates based on ATO 2026-27 resident tax rates and leave out things like HELP repayments, the Medicare levy surcharge and salary sacrifice. For advice about your situation, speak to a licensed professional.
Your data
Your numbers are stored on your own device. You're responsible for keeping backups. See the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss relating to the app is limited to resupplying access or refunding what you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
